The society has a history of participative ethos from the
days of its very inception when Mr. Vishwanatha Reddy went
around collecting funds and blessings from village elders
who willing participated even though they were unsure of the
society’s success. Today, this legacy has become a way
of life, be it in the organization structure, the day-to-day
activities or any other facet of the society. Ever member
is actively invited to participate, every member is aware
of willing support and help from the society. And every member
is also willing to lend a hand in his own way, be it by investing
surplus funds into the society’s equity or by just putting
his shoulder to a fellow farmer’s plough. That is the
spirit of The Cooperative, one for all and all for one.
